| Services Offered | I provide a general counselling and psychotherapy service covering all individual, relationship and work issues. I specialise in Short Term Work of 6-18 sessions as I have developed an expertise in getting to the root of core issues quite quickly. For this purpose, I have trained in many useful tools and techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness (CBT), which aim to dismantle negative beliefs which perpetuate states of depression, anxiety and stress, for example, where limited time and resources need to be taken into account. However, for those who feel in need of open-ended, or, longer support I can offer a therapeutic relationship of up to 4 years if necessary. |
