| Services Offered | A full-time counsellor/psychotherapist since 2001 and accredited to the BACP in 2006. I offer compassionate but challenging therapy to all ages, for a wide range of issues, and from personal maturity, wisdom, and experience of life. With experience of youth, adult and mental health services, I have developed an integrated approach to the therapeutic relationship. Using a person centred focus which accommodates cognitive behavioural and psycho-dynamic therapy. My aim is to provide a non-judgmental relationship, in which you may feel free and comfortable enough to discuss any issue which is causing distress in your life. |
